The application for the project was developed by 4 organisations in 3 estuarine areas: Biesbosch (Netherlands), Broads (England) and the polders of Kruibeke – Bazel – Rupelmonde (Flanders).

The project involves joint as well as local activities, all focused on developing sustainable tourism. The total cost of the project is € 6 million, of which € 2,5 million is financed by European funding.
